We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  1. The return address.
  2. A return shipping label, if applicable.
  3. Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, engraved, or personalized jewelry).
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments or swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items or items purchased at a discount.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the item you have.
  2. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

The item must meet the same return conditions:

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched. Once the package is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
